      <image:caption>I’m a Colorado girl turned Clevelander and a huge fan of all things food, sports, and dogs! I’ve been an athlete all my life, and have seen first hand the effect nutrition can have on performance. I experienced low energy, extreme exhaustion, and I wasn’t happy with my performance on the basketball court. It wasn’t until I really started to focus on how and when I was fueling my body that I started to notice a change. I gained strength, energy, and confidence that truly helped my game. This drove me to become a registered dietitian and I haven’t looked back. Working with athletes is my passion and together I truly believe we can make a difference. I’ve worked with a variety of athletes at the collegiate and amateur level including soccer, football, tennis, basketball, triathletes, endurance runners, and more. I believe each athlete is unique and has specific nutritional needs that must be met to perform at their best. Understanding that most athletes have more than just practice to worry about, I work WITH them to help create a plan that is realistic and will help set them up to be successful.
